TEAM GUIDELINES:
-Max. 8 Players per team
-At least 2 females on the court at all times
-We encourage teams to be creative with their uniforms/themes
RULES:
- NO CONTACT. Defense in Sandball is similar to that of ultimate Frisbee. While some contact will be allowed, we ask participants to remember that if you are going 100% seriousness on offense... the defense will respond.
- NO SHOES, barefoot or socks only
-Substitutions occur in the same manner as regular team handball
-In order to change goalies, players must sub out/in
- 2 points are awarded for goals scored by goalies.
- 2 points are awarded for "spectacular" goals (alley-oops or anything else deemed spectacular by the referees).
